Anna is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She has a first class honours degree in Business studies from Oxford Brookes University, where she majored in Performance Management. She also holds a post graduate diploma in Human Resources Management from Kingston University, London. Anna completed her Masters in Business Psychology (Kingston University) where she researched the link between risk taking propensity and effective leadership. She is a Registered User of Ability and Personality tests (Level A and B) accredited by the British Psychological Society.
Anna has over 20 years experience gained in Blue chip organisations including Yamaha, Samsung, Mott McDonald (UK) and Heineken Poland. She has worked in a number of roles involving human resources management roles and global projects relating to organisational effectiveness and talent management. Anna has strong experience in diverse sectors such as New Media, Motor, FMCG, Construction and Financial service industries. She was responsible for introducing Performance management, organisational change and talent management strategies at a European level in a number of global companies. She also has substantial experience in setting up and improving Human Resource support operations in Central Europe, South Africa and the U.K.
Anna has a passion for achieving organisational effectiveness through people and has substantial facilitation experience, designing researched based training and development solutions. Responsible for training design and delivery, Anna is also a Quality Assessor of a Leadership Program endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management. She is experienced with a wide number of psychometric assessment tools including ©MBTI, 15FQ+, Hogan, Wave, SHL, ©Strengthscope, PCL, OPP and others.
Additionally, Anna is a visiting lecturer at Masters in HRM and Organisational Development dual qualifiactaion degree University of St Thomas (USA) and Lviv Business School ( Ukrainian Catholic University) where she lectures in subjects of Training and Development Assessment and Selection Methods and Personal Effectiveness.

Educated in London, England, Daniel has over 30 years’ experience in large, global companies, including Nestlé, General Motors, SABMiller, and Heineken. He has extensive board experience in Central and Eastern Europe and has been jointly managing Bright Leadership Ltd. for over thirteen years, focusing exclusively on Leadership and Talent development at all levels in the business. He is a Chartered Management Accountant with extensive line experience in Sales, Marketing,
Distribution, Project management and Information Technology gained both in the FMCG and Automotive sectors. He is also a visiting lecturer at the Lviv Business School in the Ukraine including their MSc programme in Technology Leadership.
In addition to developing and delivery high impact leadership development programs, Daniel is also a highly accomplished Executive coach. Having completed the Henley Management College Coaching programme he has successfully coached a large number of C.E.O.s and Directors from the Pharmaceutical, Engineering, Manufacturing, FMCG, Financial services and Sales/Distribution industries.
In addition, he has developed and run a number of highly successful leadership development programs, and themed workshops with exceptional results in building people management skills in many global businesses and organisations. Successful international assignments include Russia, Poland, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Spain, France, Germany and Holland.
Daniel has lived and worked in a number of countries in Europe and Africa, and has substantial experience in working with different cultures. He has been involved in many cross cultural projects and challenges as well as a number of successful business culture change programs. Having had extensive hands-on commercial experience at the highest level, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, Daniel is able to deliver realistic, challenging and competent support to teams and individuals as evidenced by a reliable and credible track record. Daniel is very results focused and passionate about Customer satisfaction.
In his spare time Daniel enjoys his family as well as travelling, reading, gardening, bridge, and listening to music.
Daniel is a Chartered Management Accountant at fellowship level. He is also a fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management as well as being a member of the Institute of Management Consultants. He is accredited to administer MBTI Step I and II, Firo-B, Facet-5, Haygroup’s Emotional Intelligence and Social Competence inventory (ESCI) and Strengthscope.
